                 Powerful daily routine you must know. 

Asslam o alaikum wr wb. I hope everyone of you is having a great weekend. Majority of us have bad routine which have bad effects on your health. And we are also not getting success because we even don't when and how to start your day. So in this blog i will tell you how you can start your day. It will be very beneficial. This morning routine can be adopted in all seasons. You have to work hard for it. It will take you 21 days to adopt this routine. My next blog will be about healthy breakfast. So lets start. 

1:Sleep early:

                Yes! you have to sleep early. Manage your work properly and make sure you goes to bed at 10pm. Don't use your electronic devices after 9pm. And eat dinner at 8pm. I know you have many works to do so take a paper and right all important works. set loud alarms.Decide your clothes also. Decide your next day before going to bed. 

Some benefits:

Improves memory..
A healthier heart.
  • Reduces the risk of diseases
  • Reduces anxiety and depression.
  • Feel happier.
  • More energy. 
  • Controls weight 


2:Wake up early;


Yes again a hard step. Wake up at 3-4 am. First thing when you have to do this drink water. When you gonna wake up you will feel very powerful. Do 20 minutes workout and take cold water bath(in summer) and warm bath(in winter). Wear your clothes. Clean up your house. Now you will be feeling very great and mentally fresh. Make sure you do everything under 1 hour. Eat breakfast. Now start doing work you wrote on paper. Don't use phones etc if you don't have any work on them. 

PRO TIP: Make sure you complete every task in 5-10-15 minutes. So you will be able manage your time properly.
