Best Night Routine
If you want to make your night routine right this blog gonna help you so much. So I will give you three tips that will improve your night routine. It will require hard work. If you don't like to work hard it's not for you, and you have to give up something. If you want success you have to read this and after reading this you must check out my morning routine.
This routine starts from 8pm
1- Don't use phones and computers
After 8pm you must put your phones away. Don't turn them off maybe someone can have emergency call. Turn of pc and tv. If you talk people after 8pm you must tell them about your routine. And if you do gaming or watch series you have to give up. You can do your night stuff when you wake up.
2- Manage your night works
We have a lot of works which we do at night so first right them all in a page. Read them all and select important works. Make sure there is no entertainment or any free work in it. If you really want great health you have to give up somethings. Don't leave entertainment just reduce it to 5-10 minutes.
3- Do all house works
If you have to wash dishes or clean house, do it within 10-15 minutes. Make sure you sleep peacefully.
4- turn of lights
Turn of house lights and make it darker, not so much. Make sure you are able to walk inside your house easily. Turn on small lights.
5- plan next day
If you have test or exam next day or your work which you used to do at night, just write them all with time limit. 10-15 or less. Make sure you make everything limited.
Sleep early
You must be in bed at 10pm. And you have to wake up at 2-3am. No matter you have exam or its sunday. You have to do this. You can take 1 hour nap at afternoon.
